项目 – 这座耸立于北悉尼天际线、高达50层的酒店及办公综合塔楼，极富造诣地融合了历史与现代主义。该塔楼由澳大利亚Fitzpatrick+Partners建筑事务所设计，由两个精致弧面玻璃外立面体贴合而成，一个落地于地面层，而另一个悬挑在空中，与周边粗犷的高楼形成强烈对比。它大胆地悬于一幢历史悠久的消防站上方，并巧妙地结合了精品办公空间和252间客房。该项目充分优化了这个极具挑战性的场地，开辟了崭新的人行通道，贯穿北悉尼正在快速变迁的CBD区域，并精心的规划将酒店与办公功能融合成一个雕塑式的地标作品。与此同时，其斜柱使南侧体量能够悬挑于现有的酒吧上方，形成开阔的600平方米空中观景平台，更将疏散楼梯移至立面外部，内部则呈现无柱的办公空间，拥有360度开阔景观。一个充满活力的多层大厅立于地面层，室内外形成无缝连接。它追求五星级可持续评级，其动感流畅的面貌为这个快速发展的商业中心注入活力与特色。

Feature：

Project - Rising 50 stories above the North Sydney skyline, the slender 88 Walker Hotel and Office Building masterfully integrates heritage and modernity. Australian practice fitzpatrick+partners designed the tower as two curved forms - one grounded, one hovering - that contrast with the robust proportions of neighboring highrises. Cantilevering dramatically over a historic fire station, the shard-like tower combines boutique offices and a 252-room hotel.

The project optimizes the challenging site to forge new pedestrian connections through North Sydney's transforming CBD. Careful planning stitches together hotel and office programs into a singular sculptural expression. Angled columns enable the southern volume to cantilever over the existing pub, creating expansive 600 sqm floorplates.

Further sculpture is found in the moving of exit stairs to the exterior, leaving column-free office interiors blessed by panoramic views. The ground plane features a lively multi-story lobby, a seamless fusion of interior and exterior worlds. Designed for a 5-star sustainability rating, the tower's dynamic contours bring distinction to the crowd of boxy towers in this fast-developing corporate hub.
