项目 – 俯瞰太平洋的壮阔景观，坐落于哥斯达黎加诺萨拉山坡上的马凯别墅设计充满自然的和谐之美。这三栋独具特色的别墅通过Studio Saxe精心设计的屋顶吊篷，巧妙地将了令人叹为观止的海景纳入己用。多边形的屋顶线条不仅极大优化了海洋景观，也恰如其分地融入了郁郁葱葱的丛林当中。陡峭的地势使设计团队通过创新的结构设计巧妙地屹立于山坡。垂直的设计布局使每个房间都能饱览无际的大海景色，悬浮于树顶的开敞式客厅空间，更是让人充分享受山林乡村的怡人氛围。项目在设计上也充分考虑了光照和自然通风等可持续性因素，从山坡边的泳池，到极简主义的室内设计，各个细节都反映了对生态环保理念的坚持。新的施工方式根据复杂的地形采取了灵活适应的手法，卧室区域采用坚固的混凝土基座，而轻钢框架承载的客厅空间更是敞开通透。这个项目通过巧妙的框景、和谐融入以及环保理念的运用，完美诠释了人与自然和谐共生的居住理念。

Project - Perched on a hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the striking Makai Villas in Nosara, Costa Rica designed by Studio Saxe exemplify harmonious integration with nature. The trio of architecturally distinct villas strategically frame breathtaking vistas through thoughtfully designed roof pavilions. These angular, geometric rooflines not only optimize ocean views but also respect existing trees, effortlessly integrating the structures into the lush landscape.

The steep terrain led Studio Saxe to creatively stabilize the hillside by using the homes' structure itself. This vertical design orients each room towards the endless ocean views. Elevated living pavilions set amid the treetops create an immersive experience of the jungle surroundings. The sustainability-focused design also takes advantage of solar exposure and natural ventilation. From the hillside pools to the minimalist interiors, the villas reflect a commitment to eco-conscious practices. The innovative construction adapts to the challenging topography, with a solid concrete base for bedrooms and a lightweight steel frame above housing the expansive living spaces. Through framed vistas, harmonious integration and green design, the Makai Villas embody a vision of human dwellings in unity with nature.
