项目 –  坐落在东京世田谷区一处宁静的街角，Le49II是一座由APOLLO Architects ＆ Associates设计的紧凑而奢华的住宅。业主在女儿就读的小学附近购置了相邻地块，期望打造一处可让三口之家舒适居住并拥抱在家工作方式的居所。地下层设有丈夫的书房和妻子的工作室，为工作和嗜好提供专注的空间。一层为卧室和紧凑的湿区。而开阔的二层公共活动空间则鼓励全家人团聚。间接照明和倾斜天花营造出双层高客厅区的私密氛围。最为突出的是受坡屋顶启发的条形木质天花，五边形天窗使自然光线投射而入，在条纹木作上产生美妙的渐变效果。巧妙的是储物、厨房、浴室和电梯功能均设于悬挑侧墙下防风梁处，梁顶的凹形灯具则为夜间氛围增添柔和光线。就餐和烹饪区域较低的天花使之与开阔客厅空间形成有趣对比。Le49II体现了紧凑奢华，独立的家庭成员能在私密空间展现个性，同时家人亦能在同一屋檐下亲密相聚。

Project - Nestled on a peaceful street corner in Tokyo's Setagaya district, Le49II is a compact yet luxurious home designed by Satoshi Kurosaki of APOLLO Architects & Associates. The clients acquired an adjacent plot near their daughter's primary school, envisioning a dwelling where their family of three could live comfortably while embracing work-from-home lifestyles. The underground floor hosts the husband's study and wife's atelier, offering focused spaces for hobbies and professions.

The first floor houses the bedrooms and a compact wet area, while the expansive second floor public room encourages family gatherings. Indirect lighting and an angled ceiling create an intimate ambiance in this double-height living space. A standout feature is the slatted timber ceiling inspired by hipped and gabled roofs, through which a pentagonal skylight filters natural light. The reflected rays produce a beautiful gradient effect across the striped woodwork. Cleverly, storage, kitchen, bathroom, and elevator functions are housed along cantilevered side walls below wind-resistant beams topped with cove lighting for evening atmosphere.

The lower ceiling over the dining and cooking zones establishes an appealing contrast with the soaring living room volume. Exuding compact luxury, Le49II allows independent family members to express their individuality in sublime private spheres while connecting under one roof.

Design Team - Founded in 2000 by Satoshi Kurosaki, APOLLO Architects & Associates is a Tokyo-based architectural practice renowned for its innovative residential designs that blend compact luxury with functionality.
