项目 – 这家位于首尔明洞中心的SKIN1004旗舰店，它粗犷的岩石立面与这个邻里典型的玻璃店面形成了强烈对比。项目空间巧妙地在城市环境中汲取“未被触碰的自然”的本质，使用代表“马达加斯加”未开垦景观的丰富的大地色调、有机形状和纹理。走进嶙峋的石头门脸，游客穿过芦苇环绕的“小径”，遇见飘动的巨幅多媒体自然场景，让人完全没入原生态的多感官体验。一楼展览区和二楼休息厅及零售区域之间精心制造的照明效果和视觉连通性加强了这两个空间的凝聚力，它们通过一个有机雕塑中心装置连接在一起。这一极具创新精神的设计由韩国LMTLS设计工作主导，它摆脱了对自然的老套描绘，以充满活力的沙质色调和粗粝质感掩盖了复杂而精心设计的天然灵感与当代风格的融合。这种具创造性的方法塑造了一个引人入胜又意想不到的避风港，与外面喧嚣的城市生活形成强烈对比，作为一个独特的零售环境存在让人神往- 就好像其产品是从地球原生环境提纯出来的一样。

团队 – LMTLS是一家总部位于纽约和首尔的建筑设计工作室，其三位共同创始人Daeho Lee、Beomki Lee和Jaeyual Lee在麻省理工学院(MIT)攻读建筑学硕士学位期间开始了合作。通过他们多年来的默契合作，目前已获得不俗的口碑，其致力于通过创新的设计推动变革，为每个项目找到最佳的设计方向。

Project - The new SKIN1004 flagship store in the heart of Myeong-dong, Seoul emerges as a striking presence with its textured rock façadecontrasting with the glass storefronts typical of the neighborhood. The space artfully brings the essence of “untouched nature” into the urban setting through rich earth tones, organic shapes and textures that reference the untamed landscapes of Madagascar.

Upon entering the craggy stone frontage, visitors traverse reed-lined “trails” and encounter swaying video walls depicting natural scenes, fostering an immersive multisensory connection with raw, primordial nature. Carefully orchestrated lighting and visibility between the exhibition-focused ground floor and the product lounge and retail area above enhance the continuity between the spaces tied together by an organic sculptural centerpiece.

The innovative scheme spearheaded by Korean firm LMTLS liberates the brand identity from clichéd representations of nature with vibrant sand-hued tones and rough-hewn textures belying the sophisticated blend of natural inspirations filtered through contemporary form. The creative approach shapes an intriguing and unexpected haven contrasting the teeming urban activity outside, standing as a distinctive retail environment where cosmetics emerge as if concentrated from the very essence of the earth.

Design Team - LMTLS is a New York & Seoul based architectural design group whose three co-founders, Daeho Lee, Beomki Lee, and Jaeyual Lee, began their collaboration at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) during their Master of Architecture studies. Founded in 2015, the firm is committed to catalyzing change through innovative design, navigating towards the optimal design direction for each project. As stated in their manifesto: "Beyond limits, our creative design thinking transcends constraints, weaving a tapestry of boundless possibilities. Embracing diverse approaches, free from stereotypes, we manifest an endless expression without boundaries."
