项目 – 这座住宅扩建设计巧妙地应对场地限制，营造出匠心独运、空间流畅的家庭住宅。为一个七口之家最大程度地享受花园，其设计核心在于一个复杂的屋顶线条，精巧地平衡了私密性、光线和视野。后侧一个新起的开敞活动空间受到斜屋顶(灵感来源于当地典型双坡伸出屋顶)的庇荫，通过巨大的天窗与宽敞的花园平台形成无缝连接。建筑与景观得到整体考虑，设计依地势顺序规划出一系列“房间”：先是丰富多彩的设施用房、洗手间和书桌角落，然后依次是厨房餐厅、新起居室和平台、户外厨房、花园休息区,最后是一个花园辅屋。侧面锯齿延伸挑檐在营造愉悦空间的同时兼顾采光和私密性。无檐钢制屋面配地面排水。坚固的混凝土地面、瓷砖与温暖的杉木、深红色镀锌钢材通过色调和质感统一新旧空间。这座扩建住宅巧妙容纳这个大家庭，体现建筑师的设计思维和对场地语境的理解，精心编织户外体验。
