项目 –  切什梅瑞士酒店度假村及公寓是一个宏伟的改造再利用项目，为土耳其爱琴海沿岸一座上世纪90年代的老旧酒店注入了新的生命。Dilekci Architects并没有拆除这座11层楼高的过时建筑，而是着眼于建筑和环境的可持续性，通过大胆改造来延长其生命周期，同时从根本上重塑了其形式和功能。这个项目的可持续发展战略核心就是尽可能保留原有建筑结构。惊人的是，74%的原有结构和97%的核心结构都被保留下来，避免了565万公斤的碳排放，为适应性再利用过时建筑树立了典范。除了环保特性外，该项目独特的设计使旧酒店的过时外观与周边城市环境融为一体，通过雅致的新外形线条达到和谐统一。原本杂乱无章的体量被精简梳理，加长的板层形成了户外露台，最大限度确保海景视野，同时为室外生活区提供遮阳。在这个统一的新外壳内，功能布局经过了全面重塑。酒店客房数量减少到260间，创新性地新增了110个住宅单元和7栋独立别墅，虽然共享一个相互连接的场地，但物理上又是分离的。这一形式和功能的创新转化为切斯梅的滨海景观注入了新的生机。

Project - Swissotel Resort and Residences Çeşme is an ambitious adaptive reuse project that breathes new life into an aging 1990s hotel on Turkey's Aegean coast. Rather than demolishing the obsolete 11-story building, Dilekci Architects undertook an architecturally and environmentally conscious transformation that extended its lifespan while dramatically reshaping its form and function. The standout sustainable strategy centered on retaining as much of the original structure as possible.

A staggering 74% of the existing structure was preserved, including 97% of the core, preventing a monumental 5,650,000 kg of carbon emissions. This eco-friendly upcycling approach sets an exemplary precedent for the adaptive reuse of outmoded buildings. Beyond its green credentials, the project's unique design reconciles the hotel's dated appearance with the surrounding urban fabric through an elegant new silhouette. The formerly discordant massing has been streamlined, with extended slabs forming terraces that maximize sea views while providing shaded outdoor living areas. Within this unified new shell, the program has been entirely reimagined.

The hotel capacity was reduced to 260 rooms, complemented by the ingenious addition of 110 residential units and 7 private villas sharing an interconnected yet physically separated site plan. Showcasing innovation in both form and function, this transformation breathes fresh life into Çeşme's coastal landscape.

Design Team - Founded in Istanbul in 2014 by Durmus Dilekci, Dilekci Architects (DDA) is an award-winning practice renowned for its research-driven, context-sensitive approach. The firm emerged from Dilekci's previous collaborative studio Uras x Dilekci where he honed his skills from 2003-2014.

DDA's portfolio showcases their expertise across diverse typologies, exemplified by the award-winning Buyaka mixed-use development, Hilton DoubleTree Avcilar hotel, and the MiCosta resort residences - the latter nominated for the prestigious Mies van der Rohe Award in 2015. The interdisciplinary team, led by Dilekci who teaches at instutions like Yildiz Technical University, employs a collaborative design methodology. Their sustainable contemporary solutions imbue projects with a sense of place while enriching the local milieu through meaningful architectural experiences.

Current commissions span hospitality, residential, educational, and mixed-use sectors across Turkey. Notable works include an Izmir hotel, an eco-resort in Antalya, elderly housing in Seferihisar, and a LEED Platinum-targeted kindergarten in Istanbul.
