项目 –Arons & Gelauff建筑事务所在荷兰乌特勒支设计了一座充满活力的"微型森林"住宅塔群，为年轻专业人士和学生提供可持续和经济实惠的起步住房。这个创新的住房项目通过精心设计，最大限度地发挥了空间效益。与最初规划的几座庞大单体楼宇不同，建筑师构想了6座高度各异的纤细塔楼，更贴合共同体生活的理念。错落的楼层高度确保了每个住户单元都能接收到充足阳光。提高效率和可持续性是主要设计宗旨，这些高度合理化的塔楼内只有两种45平方米的重复型户型单元，将机电系统集中安置后，单元内就无需设备间。整体建筑采用预制构件如厨房和幕墙，只需嵌入现浇混凝土框架即可。多彩的立面外观灵感来自周边种植的花卉和树木，将生动的建筑群融入环绕的绿色景观。巧妙排列的体量不仅产生动态视觉效果，还确保了单元之间的私密性。在这片"微型森林"下，一处意料之外的设施令人瞩目——一座旧的核掩体的遗留地下空间被改造成储存雨水池，向这块土地过去的冷战史致敬。加上一体化的公共空间、自行车设施和即将开放的博物馆，这个新的住宅区无疑是经济实惠和注重社区生活的城市佳作。

Project - Arons & Gelauff Architecten has created a vibrant "Tiny Forest" of colorful residential towers for the De Kwekerij campus in Utrecht, Netherlands. The innovative housing development provides sustainable and affordable starter homes for young professionals and students through smart design moves.

Rather than placing several large monolithic blocks as originally planned, the architects conceived a playful cluster of six slender towers that better capture the spirit of community living. The towers range from 4 to 7 stories tall, with their varying heights allowing optimal sunlight to reach all dwellings.

A major design driver was maximizing efficiency and sustainability. The highly rationalized towers contain just two repeating apartment types of 45 square meters, with centralized mechanical systems eliminating the need for bulky utility spaces. Prefabricated components like kitchens and facades were simply slotted into the cast-in-place concrete frames.

The façades are a kaleidoscope of cheerful hues inspired by the flowering trees planted around the buildings, blending the vivid architecture into the verdant landscape. Rotating the volumes creates a dynamic visual composition while ensuring privacy between units.

Beneath this "Tiny Forest" lies an unexpected amenity - the remnants of an old atomic bunker repurposed as a rainwater storage pond, paying homage to the site's Cold War history. With integrated common spaces, bike facilities and upcoming museum, De Kwekerij is an exemplar of economical and community-focused urban living.
