Design feature:
Project - An apartment complex located in the heart of Tokyo that skillfully strikes a balance between privacy and community. The project consists of four modular residential units in a windmill-style layout surrounding a central shared core, integrating with the city. There are 5 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, with a total of 14 luxury apartments. This layout maximizes light, ventilation and views, with each unit facing the four cardinal directions. Customized floor plans and thoughtfully designed windowed facades balance openness and privacy. A spacious shared core encourages interactivity, with grand staircases linking tiered sky courtyards, and inclusion of details such as stucco walls and removable partitions allows for flexible transformation. The project's positioning and planning cleverly interpret traditional Japanese design principles and adapt them to contemporary urban living. Its meticulous response to the needs of the site and its people demonstrates the design team’s commitment to enriching high-density communities through sophisticated architecture.

Design Team -  SATOHIDE CORPORATION, is famous for its luxurious custom-made residences. It was established in Tokyo, Japan in 1929. It currently has a design team of 26 people and a comprehensive team of nearly 200 people. It continues the design philosophy of founder Shuzo Sato and through exquisite research The design sincerely realizes the customer's dream.
