Design Vancouver Festival 2026

Design Vancouver Festival is a citywide celebration connecting architecture, landscape, interiors, product, graphic, digital, and other creative disciplines. The 2026 theme, “BUILD,” considers not only physical construction but also how communities, practices, knowledge, and futures are built through design.

Participants may include designers, studios, architects, landscape architects, educators, students, organizations, brands, collectives, and cultural institutions. Events can include open studios, building and landscape tours, talks and panels, workshops, installations, pop-ups, screenings, portfolio reviews, and social gatherings, with a strong emphasis on public engagement and connections to the city.

The 2026 festival runs from September 17 to 27. Project applications and registrations closed on June 5; visitors can continue to follow the official website for selected events, venues, schedules, and participation details.
