From the outset, the house works to fuse interior with exterior through expansive frameless glass boundary walls and skylight-enhanced stairwells. The floods of natural light serve the dual purposes of creating an artistic, ever-changing interplay of illumination while reducing reliance on artificial lighting. Further greening the interiors, bedroom and bathroom areas are adorned with living walls, enhancing air quality and forming refreshing living tapestries. Ingenious solutions equally address the greenhouse effect of glass structures within the tropical climate. Multi-layered glass walls with integrated air gaps allow hot internal air to freely circulate outward while inviting cooling breezes inward. Strategically-placed trees and a surrounding ground floor pool offer additional passive cooling effects. < 返回 JNG House BodinChapa Architects 地点：曼谷，泰国 设计团队：BodinChapa Architects 面积：446 m² 建成时间：2024年 摄影：Witsawarut Kekina 设计特色： JNG House位于泰国曼谷，是BodinChapa Architects与业主在长期交流中共同完成的一座446 m²私人住宅。设计没有以复杂形式作为出发点，而是从家庭成员的生活方式、使用习惯与未来变化中逐步删去不必要的部分，让总图、动线、空间氛围和材料选择都回到清晰而具体的日常需求。建筑由此成为一种克制的生活框架，在开放、私密与长期居住之间建立稳定关系。 抵达序列从场地前部独立设置的车棚开始。车棚不仅容纳车辆，也在街道与住宅之间形成第一重缓冲；入口标高被适度抬高，进一步遮挡外部视线，使中央庭院不会在抵达时被一次看尽。访客沿着有顶通道进入后，白色体量、弧形转角与连续挑檐逐步展开，庭院及其内部生活才在行进中被缓慢揭示。 景观庭院位于住宅中心，是家庭生活与访客抵达共享的空间核心。它把客厅、首层卧室和二层私密区域组织在同一视线网络中，同时为两层空间引入光线、绿意与通风。首层客厅、餐厅和泰式厨房保持连续，食品储藏区与大尺度滑动门让厨房可以在开放交流与隔绝烹饪气味之间灵活转换；储藏室、客卫及厨房入口则被整合进连续的定制柜体，令公共空间保持安静、整洁的背景。 自然光通过两处线性天窗深入住宅。楼梯厅上方的天窗把日光同时带入上下两层，消解交通空间常见的暗角，也使木质踏步、白色墙面与转折平台在一天中呈现细微变化；主卧浴室的另一处天窗则兼顾采光与自然通风，有助于降低湿度。设计由此没有依赖装饰性构件，而是让光线成为空间层次和时间感的主要来源。 住宅前部的设备用房与主要结构柱被反射不锈钢面板包覆。镜面把庭院、天空和周围白色体量映入表面，使原本厚重的支撑在视线上逐渐退隐，二层因此显得比实际结构更轻，仿佛悬浮在首层之上。弧形墙角与圆润檐口进一步连接各个体量，在不削弱几何秩序的前提下，缓和了白色建筑的边界，也为整座住宅带来更友好的抵达感。 设计团队： BodinChapa Architects亦称BDCA，是一家以泰国大城府为基地的建筑事务所，由Bodin Mueanglue与Phitchapa Lothong共同主持设计。两位建筑师与年轻设计师组成紧密的小型团队，项目类型涵盖住宅、餐饮、办公与改造空间，并持续在曼谷、大城府及泰国不同地区展开实践。 事务所关注地方经验如何在当代建造中获得新的表达。Bodin Mueanglue成长于清莱，对当地艺术和传统木作保持长期兴趣；Phitchapa Lothong则成长于大城府，较早接触木材、砖以及历史建筑中的地方材料。这些地域背景使团队倾向于把在地智慧、常见材料与现代施工技术并置，在简洁的空间组织中重新呈现材料价值。 BodinChapa Architects的设计并不追求固定的形式标签，而是在每个项目中重新讨论居住、环境与日常行为之间的关系。JNG House由Phitchapa Lothong与Bodin Mueanglue担任主创建筑师，通过车棚、抬高入口、中央庭院、线性天窗与反射不锈钢等一系列克制操作，把业主的生活方式转化为清晰、舒适且能够长期使用的住宅秩序。 设计团队 旅游探访 446 m² 曼谷，泰国 2024 前一项 后一项
