Feature:

Project - Nestled at the gateway to Dubai's bustling central financial district, Nikken Sekkei's One Za'abeel stands as a bold architectural statement, redefining the city's iconic skyline. This large-scale mixed-use development features two elegant towers connected by an unprecedented engineering feat - The Link, the world's longest cantilever at 230 meters. Rising to heights of 305 and 235 meters respectively, the towers are united by this remarkable suspended bridge, positioned 100 meters above the ground. Constructed using a robust tubular steel system in a diamond grid pattern, The Link's column-free interior offers unobstructed panoramic views, drawing visitors to its elevated observation deck. Designed to embody Dubai's spirit of ambition and innovation, One Za'abeel's sleek, asymmetrical silhouette is accentuated by its carefully selected glass facade. Low-E glass with superior solar shielding capabilities, combined with strategically placed glass fins, imbue the towers with depth and visual interest. Beyond its striking architectural presence, the development's holistic program nurtures a vibrant community, seamlessly integrating offices, hotels, residences, and diverse dining and retail experiences. As the first structure greeting travelers from Dubai International Airport, One Za'abeel solidifies its role as a landmark that bridges the city's dynamic future with the world.
