< 返回 THE CONE 轻井泽共享别墅 KAMIYA ARCHITECTS 地点：轻井泽，长野，日本 设计团队：KAMIYA ARCHITECTS 面积：380.41 m² 建成时间：2023 摄影：太田拓实、小野奈那子 设计特色： THE CONE位于日本长野县轻井泽，由神谷修平与KAMIYA ARCHITECTS设计，是一座介于住宅与酒店之间的共享型别墅。项目面对的不只是陡坡与森林，也是一种特殊的居住时间：人们不会长久占有这里，却需要在有限的停留中获得足够完整的日常、私密与归属。建筑因此没有把度假体验压缩为观看风景，而是以一条弧线缓慢组织相遇、独处与共同生活。 场地大部分为急坡，仅有一片由石垣围出的扇形平地。建筑沿地形截取圆的一部分作为平面，再让向森林倾斜的单坡断面沿圆弧旋转，形成逆圆锥形屋顶。这个清晰的几何动作一面收拢入口、水庭与山体，另一面向南侧树林和离山打开连续视野；人在室内并不一次看尽全貌，而是随弧形廊道移动，让森林以不同距离和尺度逐段出现。 共享居住最难处理的并非房间数量，而是共同与个人之间不断变化的距离。圆弧廊道像一条内部街道，将玄关、餐厨、客厅、游戏室、卧室、书房和卫浴依次串联。空间大小沿路径交替，视线时而被曲墙收住，时而越过玻璃抵达树林，使多人同行时仍能找到安静角落，独自停留时也不会失去与公共生活的联系。 客餐厅以15 m × 12 m的大跨度面对森林。建筑在法定木结构中加入钢梁加固，并以实心铁柱取代常规木柱，尽量缩小结构对视野的占据。白色曲面天花成为一块巨大的反射面：白昼承接自然光，夜晚则让间接照明沿弧面扩散。结构的克制使屋顶不再只是醒目的轮廓，而成为调节光线、尺度与情绪的内在装置。 在开阔空间中央，一块取自轻井泽山中的3吨安山岩被凿成直火壁炉。它以无法被完全控制的纹理和重量打断纯粹几何，也为共享生活提供自然聚拢的中心。信州志贺石、长野杉、水庭、露台与南坡森林进一步把地方材料和季节变化带入日常；人们或围炉交谈，或沿廊道散开，建筑由此在酒店的舒适与住宅的亲密之间建立自己的尺度。 THE CONE真正回应的不是一次性的度假想象，而是重复抵达的可能。圆弧让每个房间共享同一片森林，却保留不同的观看方式；巨石壁炉留下共同记忆，廊道与私密房间则接住各自的节奏。对于一座由不同使用者轮流居住的别墅而言，建筑最终创造的是一种不依赖长期占有的归属感，让短暂停留也能拥有回家的层次。 设计团队： KAMIYA ARCHITECTS由建筑师神谷修平于2017年在东京创立。神谷修平生于爱知县丰桥市，先后完成早稻田大学建筑学本科与硕士课程；2007年至2016年任职于隈研吾建筑都市设计事务所，参与日本及海外项目，此后赴丹麦研究北欧设计与民俗文化，并在BIG担任高级建筑师，主持国际竞赛与亚洲大型项目。 事务所的工作横跨建筑、室内、景观、家具与产品设计，以及品牌和创意指导。其设计将建筑理解为重新组织人与场所关系的过程，在尊重传统、自然和地方工艺的同时，以清晰概念、大胆形态和精细构造共同推进空间。KAMIYA ARCHITECTS现位于东京北青山，由神谷修平主持设计；作品曾获得日本建筑学会作品选集新人奖、日本空间设计奖金奖、iF设计奖与优良设计奖，THE CONE亦获得FRAME Awards 2025住宅类别金奖。 设计团队 旅游探访 380.41 m² 轻井泽，日本 2023 前一项 后一项

Dharmawan Technologies 摄影：Mario Wibowo、Finbarr Fallon 设计特色： 错层漫游之家位于印度尼西亚南丹格朗BSD住宅区的一处转角地块。两侧临街带来更充分的采光与视野，也使家庭生活更容易暴露于外部。K-Thengono Design Studio没有把转角仅仅处理成两面立面，而是以体量、庭院与框景逐层过滤街道：首层L形公共空间沿场地前侧与侧边展开，将更安静的花园留在后方；面积更大的上层体量则容纳私密功能，在开放与内向之间建立清晰梯度。 项目真正的分界并不止于上下层功能，而发生在人的移动中。上部体量在临街一端向下牵引，在庭院一侧抬升，由此把交通转化为建筑的主要构成。二层动线兼作室内影院和阶梯坐席，继续通往屋顶泳池，再由坡道与台阶抵达更高处的瑜伽平台和绿化屋面。原本只负责连接房间的通道，被延长为一条穿越室内、庭院、水面与天空的家庭漫游路线。 这些彼此交叠的路径形成多重循环，使家庭成员不必沿单一走廊往返。视线在不同高度不断回到庭院，屋顶景观也不再只是被观看的表面，而成为日常活动的一部分。设计通过升降、折返与停留重组住宅经验：客厅、影院、泳池和瑜伽空间没有被视作孤立房间，而是在连续移动中逐一显现。 围绕上层动线设置的可开启编织屏风由再生PET藤材制成。它允许空气穿过，同时过滤强烈日照与外部视线，住户可以根据天气、时间和隐私需求调整开合。深挑檐、庭院与层层退让的绿化屋面进一步帮助交叉通风，并将自然光引入体量深处。环境策略因此不是附着在建筑外部的技术表皮，而是直接参与生活路径的明暗、温度与节奏。 圆润转角回应钩形地块的几何条件，也减弱上层体量的压迫感；首层竹纹混凝土为沉稳基座带来细密触感，藤编屏风则随着光线显露不同透明度。住宅最终呈现为一组被行走持续激活的层叠地形：私密性没有依靠完全封闭获得，开放也并非毫无遮挡。二者在庭院、屏风、坡道和屋顶之间不断协商，使家庭生活能够沿建筑的剖面继续生长。 设计团队： K-Thengono Design Studio由建筑师Kelvin Thengono于2019年创立，是一家总部位于雅加达、整合建筑与室内设计的事务所。Thengono毕业于美国加州艺术学院建筑专业，此前曾在美国与巴厘岛的多家建筑事务所工作，实践经历涵盖住宅、酒店、商业、办公与医疗等类型。跨地域的学习与工作背景，使他的设计同时关注场地条件、空间体验与热带环境中的实际使用。 事务所的工作以环境语境和委托人的真实需求为起点，通过历史研究、地方工艺与材料实验寻找项目的叙事。团队尤其重视自然光、水体与通风对身心感受的影响，并将承包商、顾问和工匠纳入协作过程。传统建造经验在这里并非作为表面符号出现，而是与当代技术共同回应气候、文化和施工条件。 事务所的项目分布于住宅、酒店、餐饮、商业与公共活动空间。2026年，团队获得Architizer A+Awards最佳青年事务所大众选择奖与最佳地方事务所评审奖。错层漫游之家延续了其对热带居住的长期研究，却把重点从静态房间转向连续路径：建筑的价值不仅来自体量形象，也来自人在庭院、屏风、屋顶和水面之间不断改变的身体经验。 设计团队 旅游探访 712 m² 南丹格朗，印度尼西亚 2026 前一项 后一项
