< 返回 拉厄莱耶度假屋 Jesper Kusk Arkitekter 地点：拉厄莱耶，丹麦 设计团队：Jesper Kusk Arkitekter 面积：158 m² 建成时间：2026 摄影：Hampus Berndtson 设计特色： Jesper Kusk Arkitekter在丹麦北西兰海岸的拉厄莱耶，以一座158 m²木结构长屋回应狭长坡地、卡特加特海峡与多变海风。建筑没有把海景处理成单一的正面画框，而是让抵达、庭院、天窗与起居空间沿南北轴线次第展开，使海平线在行走中逐渐成为日常生活的背景。 场地由南向北延伸，北端接近公共海滩。建筑以清晰的长屋轮廓顺应地块，并以具有辨识度的山墙和低伏屋面控制体量。东西两侧各嵌入一处退台式露台：它们切开长立面，减弱整体尺度，也在海岸风向不断变化时，为户外用餐与停留提供相对安定的庇护。 从南侧抵达后，一条贯穿建筑的走廊将视线引向北方。三间卧室、浴室与杂物间被安置在入口一端，厨房和起居空间则面向卡特加特海峡展开；沿途的侧向开口不断带出两处露台，纵向尽端又保留海面与天际线。交通空间因此不只是分配房间的通道，更像一段缓慢校准方向与距离的观景路径。 屋顶最高处嵌入连续而克制的天窗开口，光线顺着木质内表面落入长屋深处。外墙木板、竖向木格栅、窗框与构造主体保持同一材料谱系，其中窗户和立面采用丹麦橡木。建筑几乎以木材完成主要构造，既降低运输与加工负担，也让屋面、墙体和室内在触感与色调上形成连贯的整体。 拉厄莱耶度假屋的轻盈并不来自形式上的消隐，而来自对海岸条件的准确收束：屋面负责聚拢天光，露台为风留下转圜，走廊把海景推迟到日常动线的尽头。建筑最终获得的不是孤立的景观姿态，而是一种能随晨昏、季节和居住节奏持续变化的海边生活框架。 设计团队： Jesper Kusk Arkitekter由丹麦建筑师Jesper Kusk于2019年在哥本哈根创立。Kusk毕业于丹麦皇家艺术学院建筑学院，此前曾在Lundgaard & Tranberg Arkitekter、Christensen & Co Arkitekter及Nordic Office of Architecture工作，并长期负责建筑设计与创意统筹。事务所现位于哥本哈根Fæstningens Materialgård，实践涵盖住宅、文化设施、教育建筑与公共空间。 事务所强调功能、可持续性与审美应在同一设计过程中彼此支撑，并关注光、空气、材料与日常使用之间的具体关系。本项目由Jesper Kusk主持设计，LoBe Landskab负责景观，并与THKR及Øllgaard Rådgivende Ingeniører的Claus Lind协作；灯光设计由Iben Winther Orton完成，施工由木工与细木工团队Børge Nielsen负责。 设计团队 旅游探访 158 m² 拉厄莱耶，丹麦 2026 前一项 后一项
