< 返回 养正图书馆 SAKO建筑设计工社 设计特色： 项目 – 日本建筑师迫庆一郎和他领导的SAKO建筑设计工社，打造了一座极具特色的公共图书馆，这也是中国首个实现碳中和的文化设施。这个公益项目由SOHO中国的董事长潘石屹先生发起，这座位于甘肃省天水市潘集寨村的养正图书馆，完美融合了建筑与自然环境。这座约800平方米的图书馆改造自一座百年历史的祖宅原址，被设计成一个充满活力的社区中心，承载着家庭聚会、教育培训等多种功能。设计师巧妙处理了这个"杂乱环境"的场地，通过最小化外围窗户来确保内部的静谧，同时在中央庭院用无框玻璃实现大开敞。图书馆的正方形平面和立面设计，灵感源自曼陀罗，营造出一种清静有序的空间体验。不断变幻的天空景象，随着光线、云朵和雨水的变化而起伏，给阅读空间注入一种冥想般的氛围。模块化的书架也呼应了这种几何语汇，与建筑外观自然融合。除了出色的被动式设计策略，包括出色的隔热性能、现场太阳能和风力发电以及地源热泵供暖等，这座公益图书馆还是中国可持续乡村振兴的先驱性范例，不仅丰富了当地社区生活，也为这个区域树立了绿色地标。 团队 – SAKO建筑设计工社创立于2004年，其创始人迫庆一郎以独特的视角，打造了众多富有洞见的可持续建筑作品，已成长为业界翘楚。自在北京设立首个境外分所后，公司陆续在东京和福冈开设办事处，足迹遍布中国、日本、韩国、蒙古国和西班牙，完成了160余个项目。迫庆一郎此前曾在山本理显（2024年普利兹建筑奖获得者）的事务所任职，积累了丰富的设计经验，为SAKO建筑设计工社赋予了多样化的设计语汇。该所涵盖私人住宅、商业零售、养老设施、公共图书馆等各类型项目，并在建筑、室内和城市规划层面提供全面的整体解决方案。SAKO建筑设计工社屡获殊荣，包括日本的Good Design奖以及JCD设计奖，美国的Vanceva World of Color Awards 2020年大奖等等，在中国也曾被选入《在中国最有影响力的10位建筑家》。迫庆一郎还担任了日本人在海外企业家团体《WAOJE》( World Association of Overseas Japanese Entrepreneurs )的第一任代表理事，展现了非凡的领导力。SAKO建筑设计工社不断推动创新，丰富社区生活，其持续努力正将梦想化为精心雕琢的现实。 设计团队 旅游探访 772 m² 中国，甘肃天水 2024年 前一项 后一项
